Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Used Credits: Credits that have been consumed for email verification
  • Change of Mind: Simple change of mind after successful purchase
  • Expired Credits: Credits that have passed their 12-month expiration date
  • User Error: Mistakes in uploading or formatting email lists
  • Third-party Issues: Problems with external email servers or domains

3. Refund Timeframes

Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Partial Refunds
